Last days

Hello guys!

We have been busy lately but now where back on track. We’re now in Las Vegas taking a glass of champagne on our balcony in our hotel room, warming up for some gambling tonight!

We’re staying at Ceasers palace. Our expectations are high and we are going for the jackpot.

Yesterday when we arrived, we went for a helicopter tour over Las Vegas during the night. It was pretty cool, the whole city was lighted up by all the street light and amazing fountains. After the helicopter trip we went out to enjoy the clubs in Las Vegas. We told each other that we should take it easy, but that went the opposite. When we woke up this morning we both had a bad headache and no appetite. We don’t want to talk about that evening so we stop from there and say “what happens in Vegas says in Vegas”;)

We are not going to be out so late tonight, this trip with all the partying lately have been ruff on us. So we’re staying at the hotel for some spa time towards midnight.

Tomorrow we are going to see us around the city and see the copy of the famous French building “Eiffeltower” and some other buildings. After that we’re going to see the famous Grand Canyon. You will hear all about that and about our thoughts around the trip next time we write.

This is penultimate post from our trip. Hope you guys enjoyed our blog and thinks it have been fun reading it so far. Next time you’ll hear from us we’re in Hawaii enjoying our last days. We will take a pause from all blogging because we just want to enjoy the last days in the states before we head back to cold ass Sweden.

Las Vegas!!

Hi again!

It´s been a while since last time you heard from us. We have been visiting many places along the way to Miami.

We got tickets for the NHL game between Capitals vs Kings, the game ended with the score of 5-4 to Backstrom and his team. Backstrom had a great night and stood for two goals and one assist to Ovechkin´s game winner.

We also went to the National gallery of art, to look at some American history. It was really interesting to see, it´s a country with a long history. We ended the day with a walk to the “White House” and bought a guiding tour around the house. We was lucky, we saw president Obama and his wife waving at us. Then after a long day we went to the hotel and got us a few beers and watched the NFL game between Houstons Texans and San Fransisco 49ers.

Next morning:

We took the 7,00 am plane heading for Miami. We are anxious to see how Miami really looks like, we have only heard stories from friends that it´s great there. We´re planning to see the game between Miami Heat vs LA Lakers, where the two best players in the world are standing face to face. Lebron James and Kobe Bryant. And after that are we going out to see the night life in Miami.

Tomorrow:

We going to the beach and relax and just enjoy the beautiful sites and the ladies of course! And at the evening are we heading for our next destination the well-known “Las Vegas” to go to casinos and hope we win some money.

Miami

Hi again!

Washington here we come!

Hi guys!

We just arrived to our hotel here in DC. The flight was a few hours delayed because of some technical problems with the airplane. But we are here now and heading to the Verizon Center, which is the home arena for Washington Capitals, to see if we could get tickets for tomorrow’s game between the Capitals and the LA Kings. We think it could be a pretty interesting game actually. It would be fun to see great players as Alex Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom play.

Now some information about our plans for the next couple of days
Well, today besides checking for tickets for the game, we are going to the National gallery of Art, to see some American history. Later on, I think we just going to find some place nice to eat and after that, head back to the hotel bar to take a few beers and watch some sports on the TV.

Tomorrow: In the morning we will have some breakfast and go to the white house to get a guided tour around it and hopefully meet or just see president Obama and his family. After that we will take a lunch break before we heading to our next stop, the Lincoln monument and if we find tickets for the game, we’ll watch it to.

And the day after tomorrow we’ll fly to Miami! Maybe get a small tattoo while we’re there. While we’re there we want to see a basketball game with the Miami Heat, spend a day or two and relax to recover from Atlantic city. We are still a little bit tired from that trip.

AC, New Jersey

Hello!

Atlantic City was CRAZY! It totally blew our minds!

We had a really great time during our stay in AC, I don’t remember everything but from the few parts of the night that I can remember, I say we did party our brains out.

If you are young and like to party hard, you should definitely go to Atlantic City!

Anyway we are sitting in the car heading back to the Seaside Heights now, back to Damian’s place!
I think we are going to stay one last night at Damian’s before we’re heading to the great capital city, Washington DC.

In DC we are of course going to make a visit at the White house, the Lincoln monument and the national gallery of art!
Hopefully we can take a picture with the president. Maybe we go to a hockey game to see Washington Capitals play, we haven’t checked for tickets yet but if we are lucky, we find some tickets.
I think we are just going to stay in DC for a couple of days because we haven’t plant to do so much there.

Tonight we are just going to hang out, have a small barbecue and starting to say goodbye to all of Damian’s relatives that we have come across during our stay in Jersey.
Our stays here in Jersey have been very fun, a lot of partying and drinking. Damian and his family have been so nice to us, we are so grateful for that!
We also need to pack our bags and prepare for our trip to DC tomorrow, our flight is leaving early in the morning.

New Jersey

Hello guys!

Our visit in NY was very nice and over our expectations. We´re now at my friend Damian’s place in the Seaside Heights, New Jersey. Which is known from the series “Jersey Shore”.

Today we´re going to the beach for a couple of hours and after that we´re going to a restaurant to have some dinner whit Damian´s family. Later on we going out and make Jersey unsecure.

Damian said that he knew a good party place nearby that we could go to later tonight. It is a club called “Karma”. It’s like an outside club near the beach.

The Jersey Shore series is about a group of people who are living together over the summer and of course some drama breaks out between them.  I think it is a pretty fun show actually if you like reality shows.

Hopefully tomorrow we’re going to the well-known party city “Atlantic City” and just get really really drunk, have a good time and just remembering fragments of the night the day after.  I think we’re going to be pretty many people, some of Damian’s cousins are coming with us, so I’m really looking forward to it. We´ve heard many good things about “Atlantic City” and Damian says that it´s a great party and also a pretty good shopping place.

So the plans for tomorrow, in the morning we´re going to eat some breakfast and then hit the road to AC. We want to look nice tonight so we´re going to the mall for some new fresh clothes. The plans for the evening do you already know about, Elias and I have a feeling that this evening will make a memory for the rest of our life

Last days in NY

Hi again!

Friday:
Our visit to Ground Zero was pretty amazing, you could see all the names of the people who lost their lives in 9/11. It is a very emotionally loaded place, pretty tragic.
Our trip to Central Park was very nice, the sun was shining, we grabbed something to eat and drink and just enjoyed the rest of the day in the Park.

Yesterday (Saturday):

Yesterday was our last day in New York so we wanted to see the last things on our list. After breakfast we went to see the Trump Tower. As we stood outside the Trump tower, we were lucky to see Donald Trump himself, he had just arrived in his luxury car.
Later on we went to the top of the Chrysler building, you could see most of New York up there, really cool view actually.

After that we went for lunch at one of the KFC restaurants. If you go to the states or Great Britain you must eat KFC. Did you know that KFC is in their way to Sweden to?

Towards our last night in NY we went for a little bit of shopping and to see Times Square.

You should definitely see Times Square during the night if you go to New York, all the big street signs lights the whole place up.

Today:

We just checked out from the hotel and heading towards New Jersey now to meet up with Pontus old childhood friend Damian.

 We’re going to stay at his place for a few days, save some money, hehe. The goal with this stay is to party all day and all night, no sleep!
Like in the “Jersey shore”, for those who has seen it.

And of course we are going to visit Atlantic City, which is known for its party places.
